At Semitic Tribes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To return an item, simply send the merchandise back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning unwanted items.
For international orders, return requests will be reviewed on an individual basis. In many cases, the cost of shipping an item back and forth may exceed the value of the scarf itself. Because of this, each international return will be handled individually to determine the most reasonable solution for both the customer and Semitic Tribes.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original merchandise to us within 30 days of delivery. Once the item has been received and approved, we will ship your replacement item.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item. Semitic Tribes will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item to you.
International exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the high cost of international shipping, which may exceed the value of the product, each exchange will be evaluated individually to determine the best course of action.
Sale items, custom-made products, personalized products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, odors, stains, or excessive wear. Items must include any original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.All return, refund, and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Semitic Tribes reserves the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the conditions outlined above.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
