Semitic Tribes offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more (before taxes and applicable fees).Free shipping applies only to addresses within the United States and is available through our standard USPS shipping method.
Domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS unless an alternative shipping method is requested.Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 3–5 business days after shipment.Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International orders are typically shipped via USPS International unless an alternative shipping method is requested.Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7–10 business days after shipment; however, customs processing and local postal services may result in additional delays beyond our control.Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Tracking for international packages is not always available.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Semitic Tribes is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or shipping errors caused by the carrier.However, we understand that shipping issues occasionally occur. In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.Semitic Tribes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.
